Use as directed
Follow the supplied chilling instructions. Aim for comfortable cooling, keep pressure gentle and use a protective layer if directed. The product instructions set a maximum session of 20 minutes; stop sooner if it feels painful, excessively cold or irritating.
Stay awake so you can monitor comfort and session length. Do not use continuously overnight. Inspect the compress before use and do not use it if damaged or leaking.
A cooling compress has a different job
